YOUR FIRST VISIT
What to Expect
During your first visit, a comprehensive evaluation of your oral health will be completed. We will take any necessary radiographs, photographs, or diagnostic casts to thoroughly evaluate your oral health. You will then be given a treatment plan with different options so you can make an informed and educated decision regarding your dental care. This will allow you to select the best treatments for your individual goals.

What to Bring
Our dental office is located in Loveland CO. If this is the first time you’ve been to our office, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, and to bring any documents relevant to your medical history such as a list of current medications or any allergies. If applicable, please bring your insurance card. Want to get a head start? Download the new patient forms at the top of this page and fill them out before you arrive.
We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also offer senior discounts and payment plans through CareCredit and CitiHealth.
We currently accept all PPO dental insurance plans and are contracted with DeltaDental Premier Plans. We are happy to help submit any insurance claims to help you recover the most from your benefits. We understand that maximizing your insurance benefit can be important and if a pre-authorization would be helpful to you, just ask!
We reserve time in our day specifically for you. Missed appointments without proper notification can result in an additional fee. We understand that emergencies sometimes happen so we ask, whenever possible, that you kindly give us 2 business days notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. This advanced notice will allow us to offer your appointment to another patient. We appreciate your consideration.
