WHAT TO EXPECT

During your first visit, a comprehensive evaluation of your oral health will be completed. We will take any necessary radiographs, photographs, or diagnostic casts to thoroughly evaluate your oral health. If any treatment is needed, we will provide you with your options and you will be given a treatment plan so you can make an informed and educated decision regarding your dental care. This will allow you to select the best treatments for your individual goals

WHAT TO BRING
  • ID and Insurance Information: Bring a valid ID and your current dentalinsurance card (if you have one). This will help the office verify yourcoverage and expedite the check-in process.
  • Medical History: Be prepared to provide a detailed medical history,including any medications you’re currently taking, allergies, and any past medical or dental conditions that may be relevant. This will also be included in your new patient paperwork. Fill out the forms today to get a head start!
  • If you were referred to Ross Family Dentistry by another healthcare provider, be sure to have your referral or any necessary documents.
  • If it has been a while since you were last seen by a provider, it may be helpful to list out any specific concerns about your oral health, treatments, or procedures. Jot them down beforehand so you don’t forget to ask during your visit.
  • Your preferred payment method for any out-of-pocket co-pays.

Insurance Accepted

We currently accept all (non-restricted) PPO dental insurance plans. We are happy to submit your insurance claims to help you recover the most from your dental plan, and maximize your dental benefits.
